A request is any design you would like completed within a day or two. With larger requests, breaking them down into smaller pieces will yield the best results. Regardless, you will always receive updates and drafts, to make sure everything is going in the right direction.

Not a problem. Once you are happy with your design, you can pause your membership and use your time when you have new design needs in the future. No wasted subscription time here.

It may surprise you to learn that Antigrav is actually run by just one person. You will be working directly with me, the founder. My designs have been featured in the App Store, served over 10 million users, and directly contributed to several $10+ million raises.
If you have no additional design needs for a project, then you can pause your account. When you are ready, you can reactivate and use your remaining time for a new project.
On average, each request is delivered within 48 hours, though more complex requests may take longer.

You can create requests in any format you can think of! Plain text, Google Doc, napkin sketch, or a Loom video. Just attach it to a Trello ticket on your dedicated board, and you are good to go.
