The onboarding process is quick and easy, and your account will be ready for use within 10-20 minutes.

It depends. Pausing keeps your account active but halts projects and billing during quiet times when budgets get confirmed.

If you will use the service again in 1-3 months, pausing is better than canceling. When paused, no new work is started but you keep access to finished tasks. Our Slack also remains available to contact us.

Only cancel if you are certain services are no longer needed. Canceling ends your subscription at the next billing date. Your project data gets removed 6 months after cancellation. So you need to be sure you have a copy of all of your data before canceling or downloading it within 6 months. Otherwise, the work will be lost forever.

Also there will be no changes or modifications allowed when you cancel your subscription beyond buying individual projects:

Of course you can re-subscribe anytime, but you will lose your previous rate. So if previously the service was $1295 and now it is $2295, you will have to pay the higher current price.

If you have no upcoming design needs, you can pause your subscription. Sometimes, you only use the services for a month or two.

Importantly - pausing applies only to future renewals, not your current active subscription. Whether you use the services for just a few or unlimited projects, already paid periods cannot be paused. Only upcoming renewals are eligible.

Pausing stops charges for those upcoming cycles while locking in your pricing, protecting your rate if prices increase during that time. You can pause for up to 3 months and restart when needing services again.

‍

To pause, login to your billing account and, under “Subscription Management,” select to pause your subscription for 1-3 future monthly periods. Full access remains during active subscriptions already paid for.

Yes, unlike many design agencies, we want you to be fully satisfied with our services. If the design falls short even after a revision, or if you're dissatisfied with our overall service, contact us within 7 days of signing up. We will refund your initial monthly payment minus a $30 processing fee.

Note that subscription renewals are non-refundable. However, we send email notifications 3 days before each monthly renewal payment. That way, if you wish to pause or cancel, you can do so easily before the next charge. Our goal is for clients to only pay for services they need and want.

When your subscription ends, all open tasks and projects will be closed, including any that are still in progress. No additional modifications can be made after cancellation.

Additionally, your access to our Slack-connected channel, where you can chat with design and project managers, will be removed. And you will only have access to tasks delivered prior to cancellation – the work product for any requests left unfinished when canceling cannot be provided without purchase.

That's why we recommend wrapping up any priority tasks before your renewal date. We send notifications 3 days prior to give time to decide on continuing or concluding existing work.

If there are still tasks unfinished when canceling that you need completed, they can be purchased individually at these rates:
