Our job is to make sureyou're happy with ourwork. That's why you get to ask as many revisions as you need to get your design just right. The price remains the same.

We'll usually create aprivate Trello board to use between us but if this doesn't suit the way youare required to work, we'll make sure the process suits your way of doing things. We're flexible like that.

We get that your designneeds might change eachmonth. If you've got fewer requests, no worries, youcan just pause your subscription.Our billing cycles run on afull-month schedule. Say you use the service for halfof the month days andthen hit pause – your billing stops, and you'll have theother half of the month leftto use whenever you need work done.

As soon as you subscribe,feel free to load up your queue with all the design requests you have. We'll tackle them one at a time, making sure each one gets the attention and quality it deserves.

Typically, we wrap up mostdesign requests in just acouple of days. For thereally intricate stuff, itmight take a bit more time

Our work is of creative nature and it means that in very rare instances, starswon't align fully. If there's something you're not happy with, we'll do our best to make things right by you but we do not offer refunds of any kind.
