With our “A Lot” and “Passionately” subscriptions, you can carry out as many Graphic Projects as you wish according to the following observation: the “A Lot” subscription gives you the possibility of making one request at a time; the “Passionnément” subscription gives you the possibility of making two requests simultaneously.Our graphic design studio works on your designs as much as possible and we update the status of your request on our platform daily to keep you informed. You can add requests to the queue and if you need one request to take priority over another, we can take care of it.Additionally, if you need any changes or adjustments to the outcome of your design request, request as many revisions as you want until you are happy with the outcome!

You will first receive an email to configure your password. Your dashboard will then be ready for you to log in and start submitting graphic design requests! You will also be able to manage your profile, your invoices and your subscription using this Portal. You will also receive a welcome email from us to help you and support you in your first steps at Simon.... You will be able to make an appointment with your Creative Facilitator to discover the Portal and make your start experience, as smooth and efficient as possible. Imagine that you need to create 10 posts to feed your social networks... It would be unmanageable to have to create 10 different requests on Simon's Portal! Is not it ?This is why, at Simon, we talk about "Graphic Projects" to the extent that you can include, in one and the same "Graphic Project", the creation of several sub-visuals (variants, variations, different visuals of the same theme ).Examples of "Graphic Projects" with several visuals:- Web design of a website comprising 3 pages- Creation of two different Landings for A/B Testing- Creation of a poster converted into posts for social networks- Creation of 10 Instagram posts in the same “customer reviews” format

It all happens without you even having to think about it! You work, via our online interface, with 100% French creative profiles who correspond to your graphic universe and your way of working. They are (independent) graphic design professionals from the most prestigious French schools (Gobelins, Condé, Estienne, etc.). The creative profiles are selected by us following a rigorous recruitment process to guarantee a high level of quality .

Our graphic design studio works on your Graphic Projects every working day and we strive to return them to you as quickly as possible in accordance with our "average lead times" indicated on this page. ‍Deadlines may vary depending on: - The number of visuals to be produced in the Graphic Project- The complexity of the request (number of pages/elements/slides)- The clarity of the instructions in the brief- Files, examples, inspirations sent to help your designerThus, once you have created a new Graphic Project, your assigned Designer will tell you the deadlines necessary to complete your request. It will then be possible to reduce this delay by adjusting it on your side, if necessary.

With Simon, your subscription is without commitment unless you decide otherwise for greater administrative convenience and to benefit from a reduction in commitment .Do you want to leave us?
