Great inquiry! To begin, the yearly expense for a full-time senior-level designer has now surpassed $100,000, along with benefits (and locating an available one can be quite challenging). Moreover, there might be occasions when you don't have a consistent flow of work to keep them occupied, leaving you with the burden of paying for idle time.

Opting for the monthly plan allows you the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed. This ensures you're only paying your designer when there's actual work for them to undertake.

We recognize that you may not have a constant stream of design work throughout the entire month. If you currently only have one or two design requests, pausing your subscription becomes a practical solution.

Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day period. For instance, if you sign up and actively use the service for 21 days and then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be put on hold. You'll then have 10 days of service remaining, which can be utilized at any time in the future.

Upon subscription, you have the liberty to add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, and they will be delivered to you one by one.

Most requests are designed using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Certainly. Lovely Design does not encompass the following types of design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), document design (such as medical forms), intricate packaging, and extensive print design (including magazines and books).

Typically, the majority of requests are fulfilled in just two days or less. However, please note that more intricate requests may require additional time for completion.

At Lovely Design, we provide extensive flexibility in the design request process through Trello. Clients commonly submit design requests directly on Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even create a concise brief using a Loom video for those who prefer a non-written format. Essentially, if it can be linked or shared in Trello, it's a viable option for us.

Abolsutely! Feel free to pause your subscription once your current design needs are met. When you have additional design requirements in the future, you can easily resume your subscription. No need to let any unused portion of your subscription go to waste.

It might come as a surprise, but Lovely Design is essentially a one-person agency. This means that you will be working directly with me, the founder of Lovely Design. However, requests for power-ups, such as animations or custom illustrations, are fulfilled by partner designers and collaborators.
