No worries at all! We’ve got you covered. If you don’t like the design, we offer unlimited revisions until you’re 100% satisfied.

Most design requests are completed with Figma.

Requesting designs is a breeze! Everything is centralised in our Trello board. You can send us messages directly there, and on top of that, feel free to add Google Docs, PDFs, Figma files, or even Loom recordings to provide clear instructions. We’ve made it convenient for you to communicate and collaborate seamlessly and asynchronously.

Pausing your subscription is always one click away! We get it; you might not have enough design work every month. If you’ve used our service for, let’s say, 24 days out of a 31-day billing cycle and want to pause, no worries! The remaining 7 days will be waiting for you to use anytime in the future. Flexibility at its finest!

On average, most design requests are completed in just two days or less. However, for more complex projects, it can take longer.

As a member, you can add as many requests as you want to the queue. We’ll deliver them one by one, ensuring top-notch results each time.
