Great question! Hiring a full-time senior-level designer can cost you over $140,000 annually, not to mention the challenge of finding one available. Additionally, you may not always have a constant stream of work, which means you'd be paying for idle time.With our monthly subscription plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay for your designer when you have work for them.

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied with the result.

The majority of our design requests are created using Figma.

We understand that you may not always have a constant flow of design work. If you only have a few requests, you can pause your subscription. Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use our service for 21 days and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used whenever you need it in the future.

On average, most design requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests may take a bit longer.

Once you're subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and we'll deliver them one by one.

Due to the high-quality nature of our work, we do not issue refunds. We are committed to ensuring you're satisfied with your designs and will work tirelessly to achieve that.

Rockmuse offers a variety of flexible ways to request designs using Trello. Clients commonly request designs directly through Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even record brief Loom videos for those who prefer not to write out their requests. Essentially, if it can be linked or shared in Trello, we can work with it.
