Instead of considering them as mere "competition," we prefer to view them as our esteemed brothers and sisters within the design community. We proudly identify ourselves as a UK-based design agency, housing a team of immensely talented designers who rank among the top 3% globally. Notably, all our designers possess degrees from prestigious universities, specialising in both traditional graphic design and digital design disciplines. In addition to our UK-based design team, we also have designers located around the globe, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to our agency. While our main design team operates from the UK, we collaborate seamlessly with our global designers to ensure a truly international approach to our projects. Revisions are easy with Sprouto. Once you're provided the initial draft of your design, you can immediately provide feedback via our platform, or directly in Slack, whichever you prefer. You're also encouraged to record a brief Loom video if you prefer to talk through the changes versus write them out.Furthermore, if you need any modifications or tweaks to your design request, ask as many times as you like until we get it right! Most small revisions are completed the same day or the next day. In rare cases where we must take a totally fresh approach to the request, more time is likely needed.

Because each and every request is different, it's hard to guarantee anything here but our general rule of thumb for a typical request is two business days. A typical request could be a pitch deck design or social media graphics. A non-typical request could extend out from there, which could be a request for multiple landing page design, Webflow development, motion graphics, etc. In this case, you may receive multiple deliveries until the request is complete.

It is, of course, Unlimited! You are not subject to any limitations by Sprouto, regardless of how many brands you have. As many brand requests as you'd like are welcome.

All Sprouto plans allow for unlimited team members, though all team members will utilise the same design queue.

Yes! Sprouto doesn't charge per project or hours worked. Instead, you're provided access to a queue that you can add as many design requests to as you'd like, and we’ll work through them one by one in any order that you set.We recommend signing up with us for a trial period of 1-3 months to evaluate our design output, performance, and high design standards to ensure that the plan you're on is right for you - we're confident you won't be disappointed!Generally 2-3 hours range is the time designers & developers spend on your tasks per day in order to manage the team internally and to be fair to all clients.

Absolutely. We enjoy working with agencies and would be delighted to discuss how we might assist you. We have a lot of experience working with agencies who outsource their design work to freelancers and marketplaces.

Although we’re known to go above and beyond for our clients, there are just a few things you won’t find on our services list. Yes, in fact, we can. We utilise Webflow/Shopify a powerful visual website builder. We require a clear page by page brief together with your website copy and any images/photos ready to go. Absolutely! We provide a selection of high-quality marketing print, packaging and exhibition display options for our club members, so if you need something printed, send an email to print@sprouto.com and we'll send you a discounted quote.

Absolutely! No matter the degree of output or the level of design, we can put together a custom plan that will work for your organisation. Get in touch and we can talk through the options.

We currently only support Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint & Google Slides.

The minimum commitment is just one month. To cancel or stop your account we just require 5 days notice, simply send an email to hello@sprouto.com. There are no penalties for cancelling. Please keep in mind that any ongoing jobs in your job queue will be listed as completed.

Once you have completed the sign-up you will receive your account login details. Your dashboard will then be ready for you to sign in and start submitting design requests straight away! You can also manage your profile and subscription through this as well. We do our best to support whatever format works best for you. Here are some common ways clients provide design briefs: 1.
